Notes Awesome Vegan Yarns!I *choose* to knit without animal fur yarn because of the animal cruelty and exploitation that is involved with these yarns (do a google search to get informed). How is it possible to forgo animal fur yarn in knitting? What are the alternatives? Well, apart from being completely animal-free and cruelty-free, they are made from a long list of plant and synthetic fibers. You may be surprised to learn there are tons of vegan yarns out there, including some made from banana and pineapple! Click on this link to read up on them.
